sewage smellexcessive noise

there was a persistent sewage smell near the rooms i found rather unpleasant. the noise at night was excessive. Nearby bars played loud music until late. this made sleeping quite difficult even with earplugs. I wish i had a quieter room.

the hotel is close to the main center and very noisy at night. i requested a room closer to the beach and away from the noise, but i was not accommodated. i found this inconvenient.

The location was perfect for accessing the dive shop and the beach. The staff were lovely and the free shuttle service to and from the pier was really useful. I also enjoyed the nice bar and restaurant that was right on the beachfront. The sunsets were AMAZING!!!

The pillows were a little too firm for my liking.

The staff were helpful, they assisted with directions and always greeted guests with a smile. The complimentary pier transfer was on time and well-organized, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure. The reception staff were amazing!!!
