mediocre stay, some significant drawbacks

sewage smell excessive noise

there was a persistent sewage smell near the rooms i found rather unpleasant. the noise at night was excessive. Nearby bars played loud music until late. this made sleeping quite difficult even with earplugs. I wish i had a quieter room.

the room was quite large, offering ample space. the air conditioning worked effectively. i found the location excellent since it was right on the beach. daily room cleaning was available and the staff were super friendly, a big plus for me

comfortable bed spacious balcony night noise room request

the room was large with comfortable beds. good lighting and a spacious private balcony were included. the air conditioning worked very well.

the hotel is close to the main center and very noisy at night. i requested a room closer to the beach and away from the noise, but i was not accommodated. i found this inconvenient.

the room was so big i could do cartwheels in it i loved the location right on the beach it was super convenient the staff were friendly and helpful i felt so welcomed there are many amazing restaurants nearby i ate like a queen

the street noise was loud i expected it though early sleepers might struggle the bathroom felt a bit old it could use some updating overall the room was great i just wished the bathroom matched the rest

the hotel is right on sairee beach and near many restaurants. i found the staff helpful . the free pier shuttle was useful for arrival and departure.

i experienced noise from a nearby bar late into the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Fantastic stay!

The location was perfect for accessing the dive shop and the beach. The staff were lovely and the free shuttle service to and from the pier was really useful. I also enjoyed the nice bar and restaurant that was right on the beachfront. The sunsets were AMAZING!!!

The pillows were a little too firm for my liking.

The staff were helpful, they assisted with directions and always greeted guests with a smile. The complimentary pier transfer was on time and well-organized, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure. The reception staff were amazing!!!

The hotel is in town, so restaurants, shops, bars, snorkeling, diving agencies, and a 7-Eleven are all within walking distance. The beach is steps away, providing the nicest sunsets ever.
